Uses

Broken Basmati rice can be used to prepare
– Biryani (cooked with various vegetables and /or meat)
– Pulao ­(cooked with various vegetables)
– Sweet rice pudding or Kheer (with fruits, milk and ghee)
– Plain rice (served with lentils soup called dal or sambhar)
