RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF RAINBOW WOOD TRADING LTD
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return/exchange policies may vary by product and brand, please check the individual product page for more information.
Product Guarantee
We offer a 30 days product guarantee for our products. This means that, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within one month from the date of purchase for a full refund. The product can only be returned to us if it is in its original packaging and condition. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on these grounds.
If you have a problem with your order (for example: if there are missing items), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible! We will always do our best to find an amicable resolution but ultimately all decisions will be made by us based off of our policies and guidelines outlined.
Returns

You have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your product, or return it for a refund.

If you’ve bought an item and realize it’s damaged or faulty, we’ll offer you a full refund as long as the damage was not caused by something we did. (In cases where the damage could be reasonably considered to be our fault – for example, if it was entirely our fault that the glass broke when it was delivered – we will also cover any costs associated with repair.)

If you find that the product does not do what is advertised on our site (or if there is some other reason why we should give you your money back), then contact us at sales@rainbowwoodtradingltd.com. We’ll tell you what needs to happen next in order for us both to agree whether or not this applies in your case.
Faulty goods
If you have a faulty item, we will replace or repair it. The following are considered to be faults:

The product is damaged or broken when you receive it.

It doesn’t do what the manufacturer said it would, for example doesn’t work at all or doesn’t work as fast as they said it would.

A part of the product has been used without your knowledge prior to your receiving it (for example, a key has been turned in a lock).
In this case we will arrange for collection of the products and their return at our cost. We shall also pay the costs of returning any other products sent with those that were faulty back to us unless we agree with you that they should be kept by you under these terms (this includes delivery charges and customs duties).
